Companies often run several applications: an online store, accounting, a CRM, spreadsheets. Without integration the same information is moved by hand — time is lost and the risk of errors grows.
An integration can be direct (via APIs) or built on an automation platform such as n8n. Before starting, decide which system is the “source of truth” for each type of data.
