Frequently asked questions
Is our own data enough?
The AI builds answers from your documents, so what matters is that the material is digital and in one place. During the analysis we'll see what needs preparing — for example reading scanned documents or tidying up files.
Where is the data stored?
It depends on the option you choose: a cloud AI API, or a model on your own server. In both cases we define up front which data is processed, who has access and how operations are logged.
Will the AI make mistakes?
Yes — AI can be wrong or give an imprecise answer. That's why we start with a narrow task, return answers with a reference to the source, and leave the final decision to a person. In critical processes the AI never acts without confirmation.
How long does a pilot take?
It depends on the task and on the state of your data. After the analysis we'll define the stages together.
Can the AI run on our own server?
Yes — as a self-hosted model in your infrastructure. The hardware needed depends on the task and the model, so we assess that in advance.
Will AI replace our employees?
No. AI takes over repetitive routine — searching, typing, sorting. The decision and the responsibility stay with people.
