Time and attendance — who came in, when and for how long
Employees identify themselves with a card, a code or a fingerprint when they arrive and leave; the system records the time automatically and prepares reports.
- Attendance tracking
- Card, code or fingerprint
- Reports
A time and attendance system runs on the same equipment as access control: a reader at the entrance, a controller and software that writes every entry into a log. The difference is in the reporting — the system counts attendance and working hours per employee.
We start with a site survey, then choose the readers, locks and controller, install them and set everything up — together with video surveillance as one project where needed.

Frequently asked questions
Card, PIN code or fingerprint — which is better?
A card or key fob is simple and fast, though an employee can hand it to someone else. A PIN code needs no extra device, but codes get shared too. A fingerprint or face recognition is the most accurate. We'll choose together after seeing the property and the number of employees.
Can it be added to an existing access control system?
Often yes — it depends on the devices and software you already have. We check the existing system first and then tell you whether it can be extended or should be replaced.
How do we get the reports?
Reports are pulled from the system's software, by period or by employee. Export or integration with a payroll system is possible depending on the system — we'll confirm that beforehand.
How many entrances can it cover?
One system can cover several doors and entrances. The exact number depends on the controller and the system chosen — we'll define it after the site survey.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Records are usually stored locally, and the internet is mainly needed for remote access and synchronization — depending on the system. We'll clarify this when choosing the equipment.
Do employees need to be told that attendance is recorded?
Yes — employees should know in advance that a time and attendance system is in use and what data it collects.
